Whales in Bodega Bay

The humpbacked whales are making their migration along our sandy beaches.  It was beautiful to know there were so many beautiful creatures out in the ocean just swimming by.  My niece and I decided to head out the beach to take photos and my husband informed me the whales were out at the beach.  I figured ahhhh... I have seen spouts from a long distance and that was what I was going to see this time.  Actually this time they were pretty close.  I wish I had a better camera lens to get in closer but I think these are pretty good at about 135mm.
