I headed out to Armstrong Woods in beautiful Sonoma County. The redwoods were beautiful along with many autumn colors blended in from other trees and plants. I have not been to Armstrong Woods since I was a small child. So this was like seeing a whole new location in Sonoma County.

Roots from Redwood
Moss hanging from tree branch
Dew was dripping from plants and fungi
Some spider's creation
Just one of the beautiful leaves that coated the forest floor
Now for one of my favorite things to photograph, fungi! Check out all these tiny little mushrooms. the mushrooms are really just starting to grow. There were very few large mushrooms. Many colors and shapes.
