I made it and I can say it is yummy. I left the whiskey out of the recipe. It was to expensive and it was optional. Here is the tasty treat:

Day 18 - 365 Project
A friend gave me a couple of cooking pumpkins from his pumpkin patch. One year I made him a pie and since then he has wanted me to make another one for him. I thought this year I would put a spin on it and do a Pumpkin Cream pie I saw on this link: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/11/pumpkin-cream-pie/.
